We request the personally identifiable information when you purchase products or services from us, or request a quotation for products and services.

We use this information to provide goods and services, to process orders, manage any issues during the fulfilment of the order, for billing purposes and to perform our contract with you. If we have queries in processing an order we will use this information to contact you.

Right to correct your information:

If you believe that the personal information we hold about you may be incorrect, you can ask for us to update your information and amend any personal information which is out of date or incorrect, and we will ensure that it is updated.

Right to delete your personal information:

Unless we have a reason for keeping your personal information (for example where we need this to provide a service to you or deal with an ongoing issue) you can request for us to opt-out of holding your personal information. If we need to hold on to your information we will tell you why we need to do this when we respond.

In those cases where we need your consent to process your information, we will ask you to actively provide us with your consent, stating that you have been informed as to the type of personal information that will be processed, the reasons for such processing, how it will be used, for how long it will be kept, your rights as a data subject and that you have read and understood this privacy policy.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect how we are processing your personal information. If we make significant changes we will highlight on our website the sections of the policy that have been updated to allow you to review the changes.
