We request the personally identifiable information when you purchase products or services from us, or request a quotation for products and services.

We use this information to provide goods and services, to process orders, manage any issues during the fulfilment of the order, for billing purposes and to perform our contract with you. If we have queries in processing an order we will use this information to contact you.

We have procedures in place to ensure that information is handled and stored in a secure and sensible manner, and security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorised use or disclosure.

Right to correct your information:
If you believe that the personal information we hold about you may be incorrect, you can ask for us to update your information and amend any personal information which is out of date or incorrect, and we will ensure that it is updated.
Right to delete your personal information:
Unless we have a reason for keeping your personal information (for example where we need this to provide a service to you or deal with an ongoing issue) you can request for us to opt-out of holding your personal information. If we need to hold on to your information we will tell you why we need to do this when we respond.
